How much is the deposit?
After confirming your booking, a deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made one month prior to the party date will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within one month of the party date will result in the entire deposit being retained.
What is your payment policy?
Full payment is required prior to your party date. You may settle the payment via direct deposit or in cash on the day of the event.
What measures do you have in place for hygiene?
All bed linen, mattresses, cushions, trays, lamps, and vases undergo thorough washing after each party.
What time will you set up our teepees?
Our team will deliver and set up the teepees at your designated location between 9 am and 12 pm, depending on our workload and other party orders. The setup usually takes approximately 1.5 hours. Should you require a specific time, we are flexible and eager to work with you to find the most suitable arrangement.
Am I able to mix and match decorations?
If you have a particular look or theme in mind, don't hesitate to contact us.
What areas do you service?
We cover the entire Hills District and offer complimentary travel within a 10km radius of Kellyville, as determined by Google Maps.
Allergies
Party in a Teepee is not responsible for allergic reactions or any medical issues from using our equipment. It's also up to the client to ask guests about allergies.
What’s not included for my slumber party?
While we provide many items, we do not provide sleeping pillows due to hygiene reasons.
How much space do I need for each Teepee?
Each teepee occupies a space measuring roughly 190cm in length and 112cm in width. If you’d like the tray table on the floor, simply add 35cm to the length. Alternatively, we can place it on the bed.
